I enlighet med bestämmelserna i byggnadsavtalet träffade arbetsgivaren och berörd s.k. MB-grupp en överenskommelse om att viss verksamhet skulle vara indelad i två turordningsområden. Efter en omorganisation sades alla arbetstagare i det ena turordningsområdet upp på grund av arbetsbrist. Fråga om arbetsgivaren brutit mot parternas kollektivavtal och ådragit sig skadeståndsskyldighet genom att inte ha slagit ihop de två turordningsområdena och tillämpat en gemensam turordningslista för de båda turordningsområdena vid uppsägningarna. Arbetsdomstolen har besvarat frågan nekande.
