En person A har sökt anställning hos ett bolag men har inte kallats till intervju eller anställts. Bolaget har uppgett att den person inom företaget som fattat beslut om rekryteringen inte erhållit A:s ansökan. DO har anfört att bolaget redan på grund av vad som förekommit vid ett telefonsamtal mellan A och den rekryteringsansvarige beslutat att inte anställa A och att A i vart fall diskriminerats genom en sämre administrativ behandling av hans ansökan.
