En muslimsk kvinna som bär huvudduk har per telefon sökt arbete som demonstratris och fått besked om vissa lediga uppdrag. Vid personligt möte dagen därpå har bolagets representant fällt vissa uttalanden som gjort att sökanden lämnat platsen. Tvist har uppkommit om huruvida bolaget har diskriminerat sökanden genom att avbryta anställningsförfarandet på grund av hennes etniska tillhörighet och/eller kön samt genom att göra vissa uttalanden. Även fråga om talerätten för ombudsmannen mot etnisk diskriminering i tvist angående jämställdhetslagen.
