For procurement leads
A purchase brings someone else's obligations with it. The assistant shows which rules reach the supplier, which article carries the requirement, and the address you can put in the contract instead of wording nobody can verify.

What it does in your work
- Shows which acts reach a service based on what it does, not on how it is marketed.
- Gives the requirement at article level, so the contract annex can cite the article rather than the whole regime.
- Separates what the supplier must do from what you must do, the roles sit in the act, not in the offer.
- Gives the date the requirement starts to apply, so the contract can be written against the right point in time.
What it never does
- It does not assess an individual supplier and ranks no bidder.
- It does not draft contract text and does not replace legal review.
- It claims nothing about a requirement that is not a published row in the register.
Typical assignments
- Requirement annex before a tender: which articles to list and why.
- Checking a supplier's claimed compliance against what the act actually requires.
- Watching when new requirements start to apply in running contracts.
The NovaCopilot models
The decision model
In: A role, a legal act and the situation in plain words.
Out: The obligations that reach the role, the article behind them and what remains.
When: When the question is whether a requirement applies to you, and why.
The difference model
In: A checksum already used and the date of the last reading.
Out: What changed since then: checksum, reading date, passed deadline and rows to revisit.
When: When earlier work is reused and has to be checked first.
The obligation model
In: A legal act or an article, with or without a role filter.
Out: The obligation in the register's wording, the role it reaches, canonical address and reading date.
When: When the answer has to be citable article by article.
Example for an agent
curl -s "https://legal.exploreworldai.com/novacopilot/for-inkopschefer?format=agent"- canonical, the address to cite
- node_hash, the checksum for the next comparison
- corpus_version, the corpus version that answered
- freshness.read_at, the reading date of the row
- freshness.next_check, when a new check is reasonable
- citation.string, the finished citation
- agent.receipt, the receipt of the call, without a key

Source registers
The same material as registers, with read date and source on every row.
FAQ
- Can I paste the requirement list into the tender documents?
- Use the articles and the addresses, not the wording. Every row leads to a published node with an official source your counsel can verify before it becomes contract text.
- Does it cover both EU and national rules?
- Yes. The register carries EU acts at article level, Swedish statutes and US federal regulation, plus the judgments that interpret them.
- What does it cost?
- The pages and the assistant are free to read. Machine access for your own systems is priced per fetch, with no subscription.
