Vid leverans av varor eller tillhandahållande av tjänster mot en flerfunktionsvoucher ska den ersättning som betalas för vouchern anses som ersättning enligt 2 §. Om det saknas information om det beloppet, ska det monetära värde som anges på flerfunktionsvouchern eller i tillhörande dokumentation anses som ersättning.
