Med ersättning avses i 2, 11, 17 och 18 §§ allt det som leverantören eller tillhandahållaren har fått eller ska få för varan eller tjänsten från förvärvaren eller en tredje part, inbegripet sådana bidrag som är direkt kopplade till priset för varan eller tjänsten.
