För hyresrätter och bostadsrätter gäller det som sägs om fastigheter i 7 § 3-5, 11 § andra stycket, 14 § andra stycket, 21-23, 25 och 26 §§. Rättighet och skyldighet att justera avdrag för ingående skatt vid överlåtelse och ändrad användning samt övertagande av sådan rätt och skyldighet gäller i dessa fall hyresgästen eller bostadrättshavaren.
