Med ingående skatt avses detsamma som i 13 kap. 4 och 5 §§. När någon enligt 20-27 §§ övertar rättighet och skyldighet att justera avdrag för ingående skatt utgörs dock dennes ingående skatt för den övertagna investeringsvaran av den andres ingående skatt.
