Om en fastighet överlåts i andra fall än som avses i 18 § upphör den frivilliga beskattningen vid tillträdet, om den tidigare och den nya ägaren före tillträdesdagen ingått ett skriftligt avtal om att den frivilliga beskattningen inte ska övergå.
