I de fall en fastighet överlåts, ska Skatteverket besluta att frivillig beskattning för uthyrning eller annan upplåtelse ska upphöra vid tillträdet, om den tidigare och den nya ägaren gemensamt ansöker om detta före tillträdesdagen.
Första stycket gäller dock bara om
1. frivillig beskattning beslutats enligt 12 §, och
2. överlåtelsen sker innan uthyrning eller upplåtelse som avses i 5 eller 6 § har påbörjats.
