Om en fastighet som omfattas av frivillig beskattning enligt 12 § överlåts innan uthyrning eller upplåtelse som avses i 5 eller 6 § har påbörjats, ska överlåtelsen anmälas till Skatteverket av både den tidigare och den nya ägaren.
