Om det meddelas ett beslut om avstängning enligt 22 a § och arbetstagaren är fackligt organiserad, ska arbetsgivaren genast underrätta den lokala arbetstagarorganisation som arbetstagaren tillhör om beslutet. Den lokala arbetstagarorganisationen har rätt till överläggning med arbetsgivaren om avstängningen. Lag (2025:1021).
