Föreskrifterna i 2, 21 och 22 §§ lagen (1976:580) om medbestämmande i arbetslivet ska inte tillämpas i anställningsförhållanden som avses i denna lag.
Föreskrifterna i 11-14 §§ lagen om medbestämmande i arbetslivet ska inte tillämpas, när det gäller beslut om att en arbetstagare ska upphöra med eller inte åta sig en bisyssla enligt 7 c §, disciplinansvar enligt 14 §, åtalsanmälan enligt 22 §, avstängning enligt 22 a § eller skiljande från arbetsuppgifter enligt 31 §.
För arbetstagare som avses i 1 § ska också föreskrifter i andra författningar än lagar tillämpas, även om föreskrifterna avviker från lagen (1982:80) om anställningsskydd. Lag (2025:1021).
