Arbeidsgiver skal informere arbeidstakerne om ledige stillinger i virksomheten. Innleid arbeidstaker skal informeres på tilsvarende måte.Endret ved lov 22 juni 2012 nr. 33 (ikr. 1 jan 2013 iflg. res. 22 juni 2012 nr. 607).
