What guarantee does a seller owe a consumer on goods sold?
A professional seller must deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for lack of conformity existing at delivery. The statutory guarantee of conformity is owed as of right, without any specific clause, and comes in addition to commercial guarantees.
