What are the main forms of commercial company governed by the Commercial Code?
Book II of the Commercial Code governs commercial companies, including the limited liability company, formed by one or more persons who bear losses only up to the amount of their contributions. Each form has its own chapter setting out formation, capital, management and members' liability.
