In what cases may a fixed-term employment contract be used?
A fixed-term contract, whatever its stated reason, may neither have the purpose nor the effect of durably filling a post linked to the normal and permanent activity of the business; it may only be concluded to perform a precise and temporary task, in the cases exhaustively listed in the code.
