What does the Danish AML Act require of a covered undertaking?
The undertaking must prepare a risk assessment, adopt written policies and controls, complete customer due diligence before the business relationship is established, monitor it on an ongoing basis, keep the information for five years and report suspicion to the Money Laundering Secretariat without telling the customer.
