Hyresnämndsmål. Bestämmelsen i 12 kap. 42 § tredje stycket jordabalken att uppsägning av ett hyresavtal som gäller bostadslägenhet enligt första stycket 6 på grund av störningar i boendet inte får ske förrän socialnämnden underrättats enligt 25 § andra stycket har ansetts böra tillämpas lika oavsett om uppsägningen gjorts till omedelbart upphörande (prövning hos kronofogdemyndighet eller tingsrätt) eller med iakttagande av uppsägningstid till hyrestidens utgång (prövning hos hyresnämnd).
