Hyresnämndsmål. En hyresgäst och dennes bekanta har tagit olovlig befattning med narkotika i hyresgästens bostad. Hyresvärdens ansökan om att hyresavtalet avseende hans bostadslägenhet på grund härav skall upphöra enligt 12 kap. 46 § 1 st. 2 jordabalken har ogillats, när det inte visats att den olovliga befattningen stört andra hyresgäster eller hyresgästen misskött prövningslägenheten.
