Hyresnämndsmål
Hyresnämndsmål. I mål om förlängning av hyresavtal har hyresnämnd delgivit part handlingar och kallelse till muntlig förhandling genom kungörelsedelgivning enligt 17 § delgivningslagen (1970:428) därvid meddelande om var handlingarna hålls tillgängliga och om handlingarnas innehåll inte införts i Post- och Inrikes Tidningar och/eller ortstidning utan anslagits i myndighetens lokal. Hovrätten har funnit att parten inte delgivits handlingarna i vederbörlig ordning. Att trots detta meddela beslut har ansetts utgöra sådan domvilla som sägs i 59 kap. 1 § 2 rättegångsbalken.
