Förverkandeyrkandet bifölls i tingsrätten
Åklagaren framställde - i samband med att åtal väcktes mot bolagsmännen i ett handelsbolag och ställföreträdaren för ett aktiebolag för brott mot lagen om anordnande av visst automatspel - yrkande om förverkande av bl.a. spelautomater, som ägdes av aktiebolaget. Förverkandeyrkandet bifölls i tingsrätten. Hovrätten, som fann att det av åklagarens yrkande om förverkande av automaterna inte framgick mot vilken part yrkandet riktades, undanröjde tingsrättens dom och avvisade åklagarens yrkande i den delen.
