Länsstyrelsen har återkallat ett bolags tillstånd till taxi- och busstrafik. Mot bakgrund av att den kritik som riktats mot bolaget i första hand tagit sikte på förhållanden för vilka den trafikansvarige och en annan i samband med tillståndsbeslutet prövad och godkänd fysisk person ansvarat, har bolaget enligt 5 kap. 4 § yrkestrafiklagen (1998:490) bort ges skälig tid att byta ut dessa personer innan länsstyrelsen avgjorde ärendet.
