Kommunfullmäktige har beslutat om arvode till förtroendevalda för - utöver sammanträde - tid för resa och praktiska förberedelser i anslutning till sammanträdet. Till förtroendevalda som för motsvarande tid får ersättning för förlorad arbetsförtjänst skall dock inte betalas arvode för sådan tid. Beslutet har i denna del ansetts strida mot principen i 4 kap. 15 § kommunallagen (1991:900) att arvode skall bestämmas till lika belopp för lika uppdrag.
