Enligt ett avtal mellan en arbetsgivare och en anställd överlämnas på närmare angivna villkor en viss datorutrustning till den anställde. I avtalet föreskrivs bl.a. att den anställde skall betala hyra under tre år och att utrustningen därefter - om anställningen alltjämt består - utan ytterligare ersättning med full äganderätt skall övergå till den anställde. Fråga om den anställde under avtalsåret skall inkomstbeskattas för att till underpris ha förvärvat utrustningen.
