Prövningen av frågan om aktiebolagets skattskyldighet enligt bestämmelserna i 7 § 8 mom. sjätte stycket lagen (1947:576) om statlig inkomstskatt för utdelning från dotterbolaget har ansetts inte skola begränsas till att avse förhållandena under ett enstaka verksamhetsår.
