En person hade på grundval av lämnade uppgifter erhållit djurbidrag enligt förordningen (1989:896) om vissa bidrag till jordbruksföretag. Sedan det framkommit att de lämnade uppgifterna var felaktiga och att bidraget därför rätteligen skulle ha varit lägre, har Jordbruksverket med stöd av förordningen beslutat om återbetalningsskyldighet beträffande det oriktigt utbetalade beloppet. Ärendet har inte ansetts gälla förhållande som avses i 8 kap. 3 § regeringsformen. Rättsprövning har därför inte kunnat ske.
