Ett departementschefsuttalande i propositionen till lagen (1983:1086) om vinstdelningsskatt angående innebörden av uttrycket "annan liknande reserv" har vid tolkningen av 3 § första stycket 6. i lagen inte ansetts vinna stöd av vad som framkommit vid en objektiv granskning, gjord utifrån syftet med bestämmelserna om återläggning av vissa slag av obeskattade reserver vid beräkning av vinstdelningsskatt, och har därför inte ansetts tillmätas betydelse. Inkomsttaxering 1987 och 1988.
