Byggnader har i två fall med hänsyn till vad som utretts om deras användning ansetts skola indelas som hyreshus och inte som kulturbyggnad. Det ena fallet har gällt en byggnad tillhörande en folketshusförening (I) och det andra fallet ett kommunalt bolags byggnad som upplåtits för främst konferenser, föreningsmöten och kulturella arrangemang (II). Besvär i särskild ordning i fråga om 1981 års allmänna fastighetstaxering resp. särskild fastighetstaxering 1989.
