Krigsförbrytelse mot person. Även döda personer inbegrips i begreppet skyddade personer enligt allmän folkrätt och omfattas av definitionen i 3 § lagen om straff för folkmord, brott mot mänskligheten och krigsförbrytelser. De kan därmed bli föremål för förödmjukande eller nedsättande behandling. Krigsförbrytelse mot person är i regel ett brott av sådan art att fängelse normalt ska följa.
