Försäkringsförmedling. Ekonomisk rådgivning beträffande placering av kapital, som lämnats i samband med försäkringsförmedling avseende ingåendet av ett försäkringsavtal, har ansetts utgöra försäkringsförmedling (I). Utförande av förberedande arbete inför ingåendet av ett försäkringsavtal har ansetts omfattas av begreppet försäkringsförmedling, även om försäkringsförmedlaren inte haft någon avsikt att ingå ett verkligt försäkringsavtal (II).
