Reklamation vid för sent utförd prestation. En passagerare som har rätt till ersättning enligt artikel 7 i flygpassagerarförordningen vid försenad flygning måste, för att ha rätt till ersättningen, meddela lufttrafikföretaget att han eller hon vill åberopa förseningen. Det ska göras inom skälig tid efter det att resan avslutades. En reklamation som lämnas inom två månader efter det att resan avslutades ska alltid anses gjord i rätt tid.
