Några gymnasieelever har i skolans lokaler bundit en annan elev med tejp till händer och fötter så att han inte har kunnat röra sig. De har därefter bl.a. duschat och flera gånger knuffat omkull honom och sedan släpat runt honom i skolans allmänna utrymmen. Detta har orsakat en lindrig kroppsskada och en övergående smärta. Hela händelseförloppet har bedömts som ofredande och inte som misshandel. Att eleven uttalade att han var med på att tejpas och duschas har inte lett till frikännande av de tilltalade som hade uppsåt till att samtycket inte var frivilligt eller allvarligt menat.
