Rättshjälpen i ett skadeståndsmål har tillåtits fortsätta trots att det redan hade beslutats att den skulle omfatta ytterligare 40 timmars arbete utöver de 100 timmar som omfattas enligt lag. Vid bedömningen har beaktats bl.a. tvistens karaktär och betydelse för parten, motpartens ekonomiskt överlägsna ställning, att det var motparten som överklagade till hovrätten samt att det har varit svårt att planera och begränsa arbetet. Förlängningen har medgetts omfatta redan utfört arbete.
