Tingsrätt har inte ansetts behörig att pröva talan om skadestånd som förs av svenska ägare till fastigheter i dåvarande Tyska Demokratiska Republiken mot svenska staten, när talan grundats på att staten genom en överenskommelse med Tyska Demokratiska Republiken till följd av fel eller försummelse har berövat fastighetsägarna deras rättighet att göra gällande förmögenhetsrättsliga anspråk på fastigheterna.
