Hovrätt har avslagit en framställning av tilltalad om att få ut kopior av bildupptagningar av vittnesförhör vid tingsrätten men förklarat den tilltalade samt hans ombud och offentlige försvarare berättigade att ta del av bildupptagningarna i hovrättens lokaler. Beslutet har ansetts inte kunna överklagas särskilt utan endast i samband med överklagande av hovrättens dom eller slutliga beslut. (Jfr NJA 2002 s. 433.)
