Bolag inom asfaltbranschen har i strid mot 6 § konkurrenslagen (1993:20) deltagit i ett otillåtet samarbete vilket inneburit bl.a. att bolagen har kommit överens om priser och delat upp marknaden vid statliga och kommunala upphandlingar under åren 1998-2001. Bolagen har ådömts konkurrenskadeavgifter. Även artikel 81:1 i EG-fördraget har befunnits tillämplig. Tillika fråga om nedsättning och eftergift av konkurrensskadeavgift.
