Kollektivavtalstolkning. Enligt ett kollektivavtal avseende distribution av direktreklam är den gängse lönen för behovsanställda distributörer som delar ut reklam med bil prestationslön. I en anmärkning i kollektivavtalet finns en regel om garantilön, enligt vilken lön motsvarande timlön ska utgå, om utfallet av prestationslönen blir lägre än timlönen för en normalprestation. I samma bestämmelse anges att gemensam tidmätning ska ske vid oenighet om tidsåtgången.
