En arbetsgivare inom anläggningsbranschen har med ett antal arbetstagare träffat överenskommelser, enligt vilken arbetstagaren åtar sig bl.a. att inarbeta tid med fem timmar i veckan under 25 veckor. Överenskommelserna innebar i allt väsentligt att arbetstagaren arbetade utöver den ordinarie arbetstiden under vår, sommar och höst och hade kortare arbetstid under vintern.
