Om bolaget gjort sig skyldigt till föreningsrättskränkning

Ett antal medlemmar i en facklig organisation har haft flera på varandra följande visstidsanställningar hos ett bolag. Arbetstagarorganisationen har gjort gällande att bolaget beslutat att införa ett stopp för tillsvidareanställning med verkan för dessa medlemmar för att de hade vänt sig till sin fackliga organisation. Vidare har organisationen påstått bl.a. att bolaget ställt som villkor för att arbetstagarna skulle få en anställning tills vidare att de gick över från den arbetstagarorganisation de var medlemmar i till den organisation som bolaget hade kollektivavtal med.
