En arbetstagare, som är sysselsatt med arbete som drivs i kontinuerligt treskift, begärde att få förlägga sin föräldraledighet så att han skulle vara ledig måndag-fredag och arbeta i skiftlagen under lördagar och söndagar. Bolaget motsatte sig den begärda ledigheten. Fråga bl.a. om det skulle medföra en påtaglig störning i bolagets verksamhet att förlägga ledigheten i enlighet med arbetstagarens önskemål.
