En svensk arbetstagarorganisation har vidtagit stridsåtgärder mot ett lettiskt bolag, som hyr ut arbetskraft från Lettland till företag som bedriver verksamhet i Sverige. En annan svensk arbetstagarorganisation har vidtagit sympatiåtgärder mot det lettiska bolaget. Bolaget är inte bundet av kollektivavtal i förhållande till någon av de svenska arbetstagarorganisationerna. Bolaget, som är bundet av två kollektivavtal med en lettisk arbetstagarorganisation, hävdar bl.a. att stridsåtgärderna strider mot EG-rätten. Interimistisk prövning av stridsåtgärdernas tillåtlighet.
