NS-ISO 37301:2021 — Compliance management systems, requirements with guidance

The requirements for a compliance management system: mapping compliance obligations, roles and independence, training, a reporting channel, monitoring and reporting. It is the closest standard to what supervisory bodies mean by documented compliance.

    The Act requires obliged entities to carry out risk assessments, keep procedures, apply customer due diligence, monitor relationships, investigate and report to Økokrim, and retain records. The duties also apply outside the financial sector, including to accountants, auditors, lawyers and estate agents.
