De föreskrifter om omprövning och ändring av Försäkringskassans beslut som finns i 113 kap. 3-9 §§ socialförsäkringsbalken ska tillämpas på motsvarande sätt i fråga om
- beslut enligt 10 eller 13 §, 14 § andra meningen, 16 eller 20 § eller 24 § andra stycket, och
- beslut att inte lämna yttrande enligt 27 § andra stycket.
Vidare ska föreskrifterna i 113 kap. 10-17, 19, 20 och 21 §§ socialförsäkringsbalken om överklagande av Försäkringskassans eller en domstols beslut tillämpas på motsvarande sätt i fråga om beslut enligt 10 § första stycket 2, 13 §, 14 § andra meningen, 16 eller 20 § eller 24 § andra stycket.
I övrigt får Försäkringskassans beslut enligt denna lag inte överklagas. Lag (2024:400).
