I den utsträckning som ersättning enligt 20 § har utbetalats inträder Försäkringskassan i arbetstagarens rätt enligt denna lag mot arbetsgivaren.
Om arbetstagaren har mottagit ersättning enligt 20 § och därefter har erhållit den omtvistade sjuklönen eller del därav, skall ersättningen i motsvarande utsträckning återbetalas. Lag (2004:788).
