Om ett beslut enligt 13 § första stycket 1 eller andra stycket första meningen gäller för arbetsgivaren betalas sjuklön ut till arbetstagaren utan sådant avdrag som avses i 6 § andra stycket.
Till en sjöman på fartyg som inte uteslutande går i inre fart betalas sjuklön ut utan sådant avdrag som avses i 6 § andra stycket.
Med inre fart avses detsamma som i 64 kap. 6 § inkomstskattelagen (1999:1229). Lag (2018:648).
