Semesterersättning ska betalas ut till arbetstagaren utan oskäligt dröjsmål och senast en månad efter anställningens upphörande.
Om det inte går att beräkna semesterersättning inom en månad efter anställningens upphörande, ska den betalas ut inom en vecka efter det att hindret mot att beräkna ersättningen upphörde. Lag (2009:1439).
