En verksamhet för behandling av avfall som är tillstånds- eller anmälningspliktig enligt detta kapitel eller föreskrifter som har meddelats med stöd av kapitlet får tillåtas endast om det finns skäl att anta att den planerade behandlingen kommer att uppfylla kraven i 15 kap. 10 § på hantering av avfall. Lag (2026:507).
