Har ett föreläggande riktats mot någon i egenskap av ägare till en fastighet, i egenskap av nyttjanderättshavare till berörd egendom eller mot både ägaren och nyttjanderättshavaren, och övergår ägande- eller nyttjanderätten till någon annan, får tillsynsmyndigheten ålägga den tidigare ägaren eller nyttjanderättshavaren, att utan dröjsmål lämna uppgift om den nya ägarens eller nyttjanderättshavarens namn och adress.
