Om tillståndet till en vattenverksamhet har förfallit enligt 24 kap. 2 §, får tillsynsmyndigheten förelägga tillståndshavaren att riva ut en med stöd av tillståndet uppförd anläggning som kan skada allmänna eller enskilda intressen.
